Exploring Bandung Indonesia for 3 Days

Bandung is a city that effortlessly blends the beauty of nature with its rich cultural tapestry.

Our recent trip to Bandung was an absolute delight, filled with breathtaking views, aromatic teas, mouthwatering Indonesian dishes, and the vibrant energy of the city’s nightlife.

After our whole day trip in Jakarta, we head straight to Bandung, and we took a train from Jakarta Main Station. Travel time via train is 2 hours and we paid roughly 1,200 Pesos per pax for our First-Class train ticket.

The drive to Kawah Putih itself was a treat, winding through scenic landscapes and charming villages. Upon reaching the crater, we were immediately captivated by the surreal sight of a turquoise lake surrounded by volcanic rocks and lush greenery.

The unique color, thanks to sulfur, created a magical atmosphere. We took a leisurely stroll around the crater, soaking in the beauty and capturing the moment with our cameras.
