Indonesia’s Volcanic Wonders

A Journey Through Kawah Ijen, Kawah Putih, and Kawah Rengganis.

A nation in Southeast Asia, Indonesia is rich in culture and natural beauty. It has always been a magnet for adventurers and nature enthusiasts.

From lush rainforests to pristine beaches, the archipelago nation offers a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be discovered. Among its many wonders, Indonesia is home to some of the world’s most captivating volcanoes, each with its own unique charm and allure.

In 2016, I had the pleasure of exploring Kawah Ijen and Kawah Putih in cooperation with The Tourism Ministry of Indonesia. I was one of the invited Travel Blogger from the Philippines to visit and explore Indonesia for 2 weeks.

March 2023, I visited Indonesia for the 4th time, and I was able to visit Kawah Putih again and first time in Kawah Rengganis.
