Bali really does live up to the hype—it’s that perfect mix of stunning scenery, rich culture, and total relaxation.
Recently, I had the chance to experience it all with my friends during a short stay at The 101 Hotel Oasis Sanur, a cozy spot tucked away in Sanur. We spent three days there, and honestly, it was an incredible experience.
The Quadruple Room: Just What We Needed
Since we were traveling as a group, we booked the quadruple room, and it turned out to be ideal for us. The room was spacious, super clean, and had this simple yet charming Balinese design that made it feel more special.
The beds were incredibly comfy, and the room had all the essentials—air conditioning, plenty of space, and a nice touch of local décor that added to the vacation vibe. After long days of exploring Bali, it was amazing to return to such a comfortable, inviting space.
Breakfast Goals
I’ve got to say, I’m all about breakfast, and The 101 Hotel Oasis Sanur totally nailed it. Every morning, we had a delicious spread waiting for us, with options that made everyone happy. Whether it was traditional Indonesian dishes like nasi goreng or more familiar Western fare like pancakes and omelets, there was always something to enjoy.
The staff was super friendly too—they always welcomed us with big smiles, and it really made a difference. With good coffee, fresh tropical fruit, and a laid-back atmosphere, breakfast quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day.
Poolside Perfection
One of the highlights of our stay? Definitely the two pools! Whether we wanted a quick swim to wake us up in the morning or a chill dip in the afternoon after a day out, these pools were perfect.
Surrounded by tropical plants, they gave off that private oasis vibe, which we loved.
We spent a lot of time just lounging by the water, enjoying the sun, and sipping on fresh coconut juice—it was pure relaxation.
Close to Everything
The location of The 101 Hotel Oasis Sanur couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was within walking distance. There were supermarkets nearby for picking up snacks and drinks, and we found plenty of bars and restaurants for nights out.
The fact that we could just walk around and explore the area easily was a huge plus. Sanur itself is a bit more chilled compared to places like Seminyak or Ubud, but that’s what made it so enjoyable. The beaches are beautiful, and the whole vibe is just so relaxing.
Great Food, Right There
Even though we ventured out for food a lot, we did try the hotel’s in-house restaurant one evening, and I’m glad we did. The menu had a nice mix of local and international dishes, which worked well for our group since we all had different tastes.
The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was so relaxed. It was nice to just have a laid-back dinner without having to leave the hotel after a long day.
Warm and Welcoming Service
What really stood out during our stay was the staff. They were super friendly and always willing to help, whether it was giving us tips on places to visit or helping us arrange transport.
They made us feel at home from the moment we checked in, which really added to the experience. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.
Our stay at The 101 Hotel Oasis Sanur was everything we could have hoped for. Whether you’re in Bali for business or just looking to relax, this hotel hits all the right notes—comfortable rooms, great pools, fantastic food, and a staff that makes you feel like family.
If you’re planning a trip to Sanur Bali, I’d highly recommend checking it out!
