I will share with you our transformative journey, where you can immerse yourself in yoga, indulge in delicious on-board meals, and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in the resort’s Deluxe Rooms, complemented by fantastic amenities such as a pool and gym.

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

August 26, 2023, our yoga retreat begins as we arrive at the Timberland Highlands Resort, a hidden gem nestled amidst the lush beauty of San Mateo Rizal. Here, we embark a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and holistic wellness.

Checking into the Deluxe Rooms

Upon our arrival, we are warmly greeted with a refreshing drink and a smooth check-in process. These rooms offer modern amenities, a cozy atmosphere, and breathtaking views of the surrounding natural landscape.

Our Premiere Deluxe Room will become our sanctuary for the next two days.

Yoga Sessions

After settling into our room, it’s time to commence our retreat with a rejuvenating Kundalini Yoga Session led by experienced instructor Ms. Rosan. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, these sessions are tailored to accommodate all levels of experience.

August 27 – Day 2: Embrace Wellness and Serenity

Morning Yoga, Meditation and Nature Walk

We begin our day with a revitalizing yoga session, setting a positive tone for the hours ahead. Following our practice, partake in a serene meditation session, enveloped by the natural beauty of Timberland Highlands Resort.

Unfortunately, it rained around 6AM so we have to continue our yoga session at their ballroom where we had a comfortable session, nice yoga mat and quiet environment.

After our breakfast, we continue our wellness activity thru a nature walk. About 2.4 kilometers walk which is a great exercise for our body and a wonderful activity with the nature.

These experiences will help you foster a deep connection with your inner self, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Leisure and Recreation

After your morning sessions, take full advantage of the resort’s exceptional amenities. Whether you prefer to bask by the pool, engage in a workout at the gym, badminton court, wall climbing or simply explore the captivating surroundings, you have the freedom to do as much or as little as you wish.

Ending our Yoga Retreat

As our retreat draws to a close, we gather with fellow participants for a heartfelt closing ceremony with a Mars Gong Bath for 1.5 hr, a great way to end our 2-day Yoga Retreat. A time to reflect on our growth, cherish the bonds we’ve formed, and carry the positive energy forward.
